- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service commencement will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after 24 hours but within 7 days of the service commencement will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of the service commencement.
Service Cancellation by Webzia Infotech
- Webzia Infotech reserves the right to cancel any service at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of non-payment, violation of our terms of service, or misuse of our services.
- In such cases, clients will be notified in writing, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

- Refunds are only available for services that have not been fully delivered or completed.
- Clients must request a refund within 30 days of the service start date.
- Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully delivered or for any work that has been completed and approved by the client.

- Any fees paid for these services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds for Ongoing Projects
- For ongoing projects, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
Partial Refunds for Prepaid Services
- For prepaid services, partial refunds may be issued for the unused portion.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining duration of the service and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
